For organisations
Stop losing volunteers to friction. Publish once, share a short link or QR poster, and let people join from their phones while you keep coordination tools lightweight and local.
Your hub, your brand
Enable a volunteer hub in your OSVector workspace. Choose a short slug (e.g. /join/yourorg). Set your public name, home rohe and whether to list on the Bay of Plenty regional feed.
Year-round projects vs volunteer days
Match how you actually work:
- Year-round project — build a roster with access notes (e.g. enrolled volunteers only). Schedule linked volunteer days; roster members get notify messages and respond yes or no.
- Volunteer day — open sign-up for a specific date with capacity, venue and what to bring.
Claim directory listings
Roles from the regional directory appear for platform admins first, then your workspace can claim listings that belong to you. Claiming creates a native project or day on your hub — volunteers sign up here on the network.
Coordinator tools included
Crew check-in link for today's roster, walk-in volunteers, push notifications to subscribers, and copy-ready SMS text for roster days. This is coordination infrastructure — not a full HR system — designed for community organisations.
When to use a volunteer centre
Volunteer centres offer training, governance volunteering pathways and brokerage. Use this network when you want direct sign-up and repeatable roster workflows under your brand. Te Puke Digital can help charities enable a hub.
