Keen Gardener, Small gardens

Assistants will: Collaborate to design and deliver a beginner-friendly container gardening workshop Assist with planning workshop content (plant selection, soil, layout, care tips) Help source or recommend materials (pots, soil, seedlings, tools) Support hands-on demonstrations during the workshop Set up and pack down workshop space Encourage and guide participants in a welcoming, inclusive way Not required but may help: Basic to intermediate gardening knowledge (especially container gardening) Understanding of plant care, soil types, watering, and seasonal planting (we will have a guide) Ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging way Good communication and people skills Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
