Volunteer Opportunity: Administrative Assistant / Project Support (NTCTT)

The Nelson Tasman Community Transport Trust (NTCTT) is a community-led organisation providing affordable and accessible transport services across the Nelson Tasman region, particularly for people in rural or isolated areas. The Trust works closely with local councils, volunteers, and community groups to improve mobility, reduce isolation, and support sustainable transport solutions.

We are seeking a Volunteer Administrative Assistant / Project Support to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for students or individuals starting their careers who want to gain hands-on experience in administration and community project work.

**Key Duties:**

- Assist with organising and maintaining digital and paper-based files - Provide general administrative and back-end support - Use tools such as Google Docs, Excel, and spreadsheets - Support communication and coordination with stakeholders and volunteers - Assist board members and the Project Coordinator with day-to-day tasks

**Skills and Experience:**

- No prior experience required – full guidance and training provided - Basic computer skills and willingness to learn - Good organisational and time management abilities - Strong communication and teamwork skills
