ConneXu provides personalised disability support services in Waikato, Bay of Plenty & King Country. We have experience supporting people with a wide range of disabilities including: intellectual, physical, sensory or cognitive, as well as traumatic brain injury. We recognise that everyone has a different vision of the way they want to live their life, and we are here to work with disabled partners to enable them to achieve their goals, and feel empowered in life. A key part of our philosophy is to help build relationships and personal connections. We want partners to live a rich and fulfilling life enhanced by a network of meaningful relationships.
